Erica Roberts, EdD is a skilled professional within the non-profit and social service industries. For the last nine years her career has been devoted to sustaining high-performing programs throughout Tennessee, whose mission focused on education, re-entry, and employment support. Her area of expertise includes program development, program management, community outreach, compliance and utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure fidelity.
In 2020 Dr. Roberts’s doctoral research examined the impact of emotional intelligence training, leadership training and mentoring on at-risk young adults. Findings suggested implementation and an emphasis on social-emotional development can bring substantial benefits for both clients and staff within the re-entry, workforce development and related social sectors. Thus, she also now serves both individuals and businesses, seeking to utilize the benefits of social-emotional development.
Dr. Roberts has always had a passion for service, thus why most of her career has been spent helping develop and sustain programs with missions devoted to the betterment of individuals and communities. She has led a host of workshops in various sectors from non-profit to religious institutions on resiliency, conflict resolution, spiritual development, and personal growth.
